Data Rights & Deletion Request

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, erase it, or withdraw consent. We may retain some records where the law requires (for example KYC or lender records). We will confirm your identity before acting and respond within the period required by law.
