• Application facilitation
• Customer support

We are a facilitator, not a lender. The actual lending decision and disbursal is made by our partner banks and NBFCs.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials and OTPs secure
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access
• Use our services legally and ethically
• Not engage in fraud or misrepresentation

5. Fees & Charges

• Loan application: 100% free
• Comparison: 100% free
• Eligibility check: 100% free
• Support: 100% free

Loan processing fees, if any, are charged by lenders — not by MudraHub — and are clearly disclosed before approval.

6. Loan Processing

• We match your profile against offers from multiple lenders on our panel
• You can choose any offer, or decline all of them
• The lender makes the final approval decision
• We cannot guarantee loan approval
• Interest rates depend on your profile and the individual lender

7. No Credit Score Impact

Your initial eligibility check is a soft enquiry and does not impact your credit score. A hard enquiry occurs only after you approve a lender's offer.

8. Data Security

• We use 256-bit SSL encryption
• We follow RBI data protection guidelines
• We do not sell your data
• Security is treated as a first-class responsibility

9. Limitation of Liability

MudraHub is not responsible for:

• A lender's loan decision
• Interest rates or terms set by the lender
• Service disruptions or technical errors
• Data loss due to factors outside our control
• Content on third-party websites we link to

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Provide false information
• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraud or illegal activity
• Harass or abuse our team

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes. We'll notify you of material changes via email where possible.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved, in order, through:

• Direct negotiation and discussion
• Arbitration, where applicable
• Indian courts, as the final recourse

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our registered office is located.
